Terms of Service

Welcome to PostingPilot, operated by The Hollis Organization Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PostingPilot to:

• Generate hate speech, harassment, or content targeting protected groups.
• Generate sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Impersonate a real person without their permission.
• Spam, mislead, or deceive on connected platforms.
• Reverse-engineer or resell the service without written permission.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund. We use automated content moderation; flagged content is rejected before generation runs.

3. Content ownership

You own the content PostingPilot generates for you — text, images, and video. We claim no ownership over your generations or your brand profile.

You grant us a limited license to store, display, and publish that content on your behalf as part of operating the service. We never use your content to train AI models.

4. AI-generated content disclaimers

AI output is imperfect. Review every generation before publishing. We're not responsible for inaccuracies, brand voice mismatches, or platform policy violations resulting from AI output you chose to publish.

5. Billing and refunds

Founding Member lifetime access is a one-time payment of $499. Monthly plans are $49/month, billed in advance.

Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee from initial purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and won't be charged again. Lifetime purchases are final after the 14-day window.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99% uptime but make no formal SLA guarantees during the Founding Member period. We'll communicate planned maintenance and post-mortems on any extended outage.

Third-party dependencies (OpenAI, MuAPI, social platform APIs) have their own outages. When they break, parts of PostingPilot break with them. We'll always tell you what's happening.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for legal reasons, with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Changes to these terms

We'll notify you by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes go through Texas courts.
